News in Art making

I have been quite busy wrapping up my first edition of the "boxed" series. It has been so fulfilling bringing a set of works that look, feel and smell like finished pieces. For the past couple years I have done so much flat work on paper, and when the series is complete I am left with a pile, a stack of papers. The newest boxed works hang on the wall with a sense of satisfaction that I haven't felt in a long time.

This new work is actually re framing the way I imagine my next work. Currently I have begun my next series of work which combine elements from the "field" and "boxed" series'. The box form itself has a non-rectangular perimeter. The shape of the box is being determined by the field forms within them. So stay tuned for this new work.
